Deposits: Please be advised that depending on the nature of your booking or availability – a deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are required to be paid 48 hours prior to your booking and are non-refundable. If you’ve made a reservation with us that requires a deposit a member of our team will be in contact with you shortly.
Booking Information: Your table will be reserved for your party for 1.5 / 2 hours dependent on booking type. Unless agreed otherwise. Please aim to arrive at the agreed booking time. We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes, after this we can no longer guarantee your booking.

Customer Safety: At Dive Bar & Grill, the safety and security of our staff and guests is paramount. Dive Bar & Grill operate a minimum check 25 policy. If you’re lucky enough to look younger than 25 then please be prepared to prove your age with a valid and current identification. This can either be a UK driving licence, passport or PASS Identification card bearing the PASS hologram. Dive Bar & Grill operate, in conjunction with local authority guidance, operate an ID seizure policy whereby false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police. Dive Bar & Grill supports the responsible consumption of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Tap water is freely available in our bar upon request. A random search policy of all customers may be implemented depending on prevailing conditions, risk assessments or police advice. Dive Bar & Grill operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs. Customers suspected of dealing or using drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Customers are advised that Dive Bar & Grill work continually with local authorities to ensure we’re fully compliant on all aspects of health and safety and crime and disorder. CCTV is in operation at Dive Bar & Grill.
Conditions of Entry:
Dive Bar and Grill Management reserve the right to refuse admission. The dress code at Dive Bar & Grill is smart casual. We request that guests do not wear sportswear, beachwear. ripped jeans, flip flops, sliders or workout trainers (smarter, fashion trainers may be permitted). We take no responsibility for private property whilst on the premises, including accepting any liability should lost property not be found. We will hold any lost belongings for up to 1 month from date of visit for collection.
If you require further information on ingredients which may cause allergy or intolerance, please speak to your server before you order. If you do have an allergy, you should inform your server so we can minimise the risk of cross contamination during the preparation and service of your food and or drink. Please note all of our menus in the restaurant have an allergy sticker which informs the customer of which allergies may present in our foods. Please read thoroughly before ordering with your waitress.
Promotions and discounts
All promotions and discount codes found via our website or a third party listing site must be approved before booking. Pre-bookings only, must quote code upon booking in order to be redeemed on the day. Our discounts are excluded on special events and sports days, screenings and live events. Any discount deals on food cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Our discount deals are only available against our main menu and exclude certain dishes, please ensure to check with your server before ordering. Our discounts also exclude special events and selected dates. Management reserves all rights. To ensure you have a safe and positive dining experience with us at Dive Bar and Grill we have put in place some new regulations in place for staff and visitors. Bookings are limited to a single household with a maximum of six visitors. In compliance to Gov guidelines your booking details will be used for our track and trace system. All customers are required to remain at their table to the best of their ability and all bookings will be provided with table service throughout their visit.
If any of your party is unwell or starting to show symptoms related to COVID-19 please don’t attend. If this is the case, please contact us and we’ll happily alter your date or cancel your booking. All staff will be fully briefed with COVID-19 guidelines and procedures and we will have additional hygiene measures in place to keep everyone as safe as possible.
Due to government imposed restrictions re closing times, last food orders will be 8.30pm and last drinks orders will be 9-9.15pm. All guests will be left to leave the premises 9.30-9.45pm. All timings are dependent on venue capacities. All guests must vacate the premises before 10pm.
