As part of the re-opening of Dive Bar & Grill we have introduced a set of new menus to our venue including a grill menu, snack and Sunday lunch menu.

Our menus have been designed by our head chef Archie Dixon who has got experience working in top restaurants in central Manchester and Chesire areas. All our food is cooked fresh on our charcoal grill and takes influence from some of New York’s prime steakhouses, whilst bringing a European flair to the flavours and presentation.

Our personal menu highlights include Maryland Crab Cakes for starters; mains include Roast Chicken marinated with black garlic served with Mushroom Ragu and of course a selection of fantastic 35-day dry-aged steaks cooked on the new charcoal grill. 

Our venue has specially designed areas that enable a fine dining experience. Why not book a table on our outdoor terrace? Complemented by an outside bar, outdoor heating and a canopy – it’s the perfect space to enjoy alfresco dining.
